Chef Dennis Bernard - Biography

A graduate of the Florida Culinary Institute, Chef Dennis Bernard is no stranger to technique driven cuisine. After gaining experience working with the famed Blackbird Restaurant Group in Chicago, Bernard moved to Orlando to pursue a separate opportunity with wife Tracy Lindskoog. Working with partners James and Julie Petrakis, Bernard helped with the opening of Ravenous Pig, and Cask & Larder.
He also loves fried chicken.
