Mixologist Francesco Belei of Hotel Locarno - Biography

Francesco Belei is a Roman native, born and raised in the city he now calls his professional home. While he’s only been a bartender for a few years, Belei’s work suggests the skills of a quickly maturing palate. For the last two years he’s worked at the Hotel Locarno, a Colonial-style turn-of-the-century hideaway for expats, celebrities, artists, and tourists, plying his trade with the hotel’s vintage barware.
