Chef Richard Horiike of Morimoto - Biography

Chicago native Richard Horiike, briefly worked in his hometown before heading to New York City. Staying trued to his Japanese roots, Horiike worked his way through many of the city’s best Asian kitchens, including Nobu 57. He is currently a sous chef at Morimoto.
