Chef Zack Mills of Wit & Wisdom - Biography

Having grown up in an extremely food-centric household, Zack Mills of Wit & Wisdom decided to pursue his passion and attend culinary school at the French Culinary Institute in New York. After graduating in 2007, Mills went on to work at lauded restaurants such as Bourbon Steak and the Michael Mina Group as a corporate sous chef. He then expanded his range of experience while working at other establishments in Maryland, ultimately landing him in his current position at Wit & Wisdom.
