The cornerstone of Brian's program is his book, Courage to Change - 12 Weeks to Physical and Spiritual Excellence (Authorhouse), which proves to be yet another winner in his C2C series. The program makes it possible to lose 20 pounds in 8 weeks or 30 pounds in 12 weeks - and is the only program of its kind to achieve so much success by using physical and spiritual strategies in sync! As well as being an accomplished author of this life-changing series and personal training system, Brian is an artist and pianist. He was a professional personal trainer at the world- famous Houstonian Hotel Club/Spa, providing cutting-edge training programs to many top executives and doctors. He holds a B.S. Degree from NW Missouri State Univ., majoring in Corporate Fitness, and is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Silesia received her professional personal training certification through Baylor Sports Medicine Institute and went on to become an examiner and lecturer for them. She has been featured on radio talk shows and is a sought after speaker at women's conferences. Besides starting a ministry and launching the C2C national campaign, this dynamic duo train individuals and small groups in their studio north of Houston and teach classes in churches all around Houston Metro.
