THE # 1 RATED SQC FAMOUS HOT CHOCOLATE
GIVES BIRTH TO A FAMILY OF THIRTEEN NEW HOT CHOCOLATES!
New Xtreme Hot Chocolate Menu Features Spiked and Virgin Hot Chocolates
January, 2004 Chef Scott Campbell, owner of SQC Restaurant & Bar on Manhattans Upper West Side introduces twelve new delicious Hot Chocolate beverages. Not one to sit on his laurels, Chef Campbell has created an entire family of Hot Chocolate based on the popularity of his original Famous SQC Hot Chocolate, which was rated # 1 in New York, and has been featured in dozens of television and print media features.
Chocolate was originally consumed as a beverage by Aztec Royalty, with a penalty of death for anyone else caught drinking it. Well, Chef Scott Campbell has concocted a chocolate elixir that is good enough for royalty, but can be enjoyed by any chocolate lover. (Its been given the nickname of life in a cup by some appreciative patrons.)
Now Scott Campbell has worked his magic giving rise to a Hot Chocolate family that includes; Chili Hot Chocolate with Chipotle & Cinnamon, White Hot Chocolate, Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate, Iced Hot Chocolate with Froth, Fire & Ice with Homemade Caramel Ice Cream, and Mocha Hot Chocolate Eclipse with Whipped Cappuccino Cream. While these SQC Xtreme Hot Chocolate beverages will satisfy the soul on these wintry months, Chef Campbell has created a line of Spiked Hot Chocolate drinks to really warm the soul. The spiked members of the Hot Chocolate family include; Hot Chocolate Peppermint Twist with Peppermint Schnapps, Hot Chocolate Steamer with Vanilla Bourbon & Froth Finish, Rumbled Hot Chocolate with Meyers Rum, Gianduja Hot Chocolate with Frangelica, Grand Marnier Hot Chocolate, and the Spiked Hot Chocolate with Macallan Single Malt Scotch.
The new Xtreme Hot Chocolate menu is currently being served.
