3rd Annual Thanksgiving Barrel Tasting At Peconic Bay Winery, Nov. 21, 2-6pm
Join winemaker Greg Gove and culinary director Michael Meehan for a food & wine pairing event. Enjoy our 2003 red wines straight from the barrel, paired with local artisanal cheeses. Signature dishes from chefs at celebrated Long Island and Manhattan restaurants will be paired with our award winning wines. The afternoon will honor Chef Larry Forgione, of An American Place. The proceeds from the event will create a scholarship for a student attending NYIT Culinary Arts Center in Central Islip. Live music, a heated tent and valet parking are included in the $75 advance ticket price.
