Almoncello Appoints Felice Benvenuto As The Chef De Cuisine

Almoncello Restaurant announces Felice Benvenuto as the Chef de Cuisine. Benvenuto is an Art Institute Restaurant graduate, and has worked at some of the premier restaurants in Manhattan including Fiamma, Cello, The Ritz Carlton and Nobu. Benvenuto has extensive training in both classic French and Italian cuisine and thorough knowledge of season and market fresh ingredients. Working in the restaurant industry for ten years Benvenuto has worked with some of New York's premiere chefs including, Michael White and Laurent Tourondelle. He also spent three months abroad in southern Italy training in several different restaurants.

Almoncello also has Karaoke every Saturday night starting at 10:30 p.m.
