American Culinary Federation Awards Seal Of Approval To Elations
The American Culinary Federation, Inc. (ACF), the nation's largest organization of professional cooks, recently awarded its Seal of Approval to Elations, a daily supplement drink for joint health.
Elations, a fruit flavored drink, earned the federation's endorsement following extensive testing by a panel of ACF-certified chefs. Testing criteria evaluated ease of use, versatility and adaptability of product, consistency of physical properties, application of product to service procedures and, above all, flavor.
Elations was created to improve one's joint flexibility, mobility, and comfort, and will launch nationally in August. Offered in two refreshing fruit flavors, its unique 4-in-1 solution delivers just the right amounts of glucosamine, chondroitin, calcium, and vitamin C to help people maintain an active lifestyle and live life to the fullest.
"Consumers do not believe that joint supplement beverages taste very good. Elations is a revolutionary introduction to the category because it will enable consumers to pursue a daily consumption regimen without sacrifice - the consumer does not have to sacrifice taste to improve their mobility, flexibility, and reduce joint discomfort," said David Silver, Elations' marketing manager. "We felt it was important to work with the American Culinary Federation to validate our quality and taste so we could provide consumers with an objective and expert evaluation."
Launched in the 1940s, ACF's Seal of Approval program validates the product claims of manufacturers, suppliers and growers that provide real-world solutions to culinary professionals. For information on ACF's Seal of Approval program, visit www.acfchefs.org or call (800) 624-9458.
