ANNOUNCING COLLECTIONS BY ADDISON: AN EXTRAORDINARY 2015 GUEST CHEF SERIES

Chef William Bradley Welcomes Four North American Renowned Chefs

Chef William Bradley of Addison at The Grand Del Mar proudly announces the launch of his 2015 guest chef series, Collections by Addison, on the heels of being named as a semifinalist for Best Chef: West and Addison selected as a semifinalist for Outstanding Wine Program for the James Beard Foundation 2015 Restaurant and Chef awards.

For the launch, he has invited four of the country’s most noted chefs to cook elegant eight-course dinners – four courses will be created by each visiting chef and four will be prepared by Chef Bradley. The special Collections menu for each of these four seasonal dinners will be the exclusive Addison offering for that evening.

Collections by Addison is a culinary venture designed to showcase a collaborative special dinner created by two chefs working together to prepare a one-of-a-kind dining experience highlighted by the best of the season. The concept and inspiration for Collections springs from Chef Bradley’s interest in high fashion and what it takes for fashion house teams to seasonally deliver exciting design and brand collaborations, year after year.

Chef Bradley chose the four celebrated chefs for Collections by Addison based on his personal respect for their culinary talents and accomplishments. Like Chef Bradley, all of them have received recognition from the James Beard Foundation and have earned Forbes Five-Star designations, among many other industry kudos and distinctions. Two West Coast chefs will be the guest chefs for this spring and summer, Chef Josiah Citrin of Mélisse and Chef Justin Cogley of Aubergine. Two East Coast chefs will complete the year’s line-up – Chef Barbara Lynch of No. 9 Park and other Boston restaurants will be the guest in the fall and Chef Patrick O’Connell from The Inn at Little Washington will visit in the winter.
