Arrosto Restaurant Opens In Port Chester, New York

Restaurateur Godfrey Polistina (Cesca, former owner and founder of Carmine's, Virgil's, Ouest, Bubba's BBQ, Mohegan Sun) and Chef Richard J. Corbo (Ducca, San Francisco) team up to bring their style of urban Italian restaurant to Westchester County with the opening of Arrosto in Port Chester, New York.

Arrosto offers a blend of traditional and contemporary in its menu, design and dining atmosphere. Everything behind this Westchester premiere is about the fulfillment and pleasure that comes from family and friends gathering for a great meal at a moderate price, and in a stylish, energetic environment. Arrosto's motto: Be Social. Eat Well.

Polistina, and co-managing partner, Tony Longo (Longo's Park Deli in Port Chester), collaborated with Niemitz Design Group, Boston, to transform the historic Sawpit Restaurant site on South Regent Street into a sleek, open design to create a comfortable, sophisticated and fun dining and social environment.

Chef Corbo's menu features grilled meats and seafood, house-made pastas, Neapolitan wood-fired pizzas, and homemade desserts. Guests will have multiple dining choices from family style to individual plates and offerings. Corbo's ability to source the best farm-to-table ingredients and products (such as locally sourced cheeses and crudos) benefits a menu that will feature the freshest tastes and flavors.
