Artisanal Premium Cheese Offers Master Class Intensive March 1-3

Artisanal Premium Cheese will be offering a new course entitled "The Master Class Intensive Cheese Eduation for Professionals" from March 1 - March 3.

The Master Class Intensive is a study of the flavors and history of cheese. Material covered includes a tour from the different milk types and cheese making techniques to the selection and assembly of a cheese course. This 2 = day-long seminar is divided into 6 major sections. Each section promises an invigorating discussion and extensive tasting of over 15 cheeses, with time split between an audio-visual presentation and an in-depth study of the featured cheeses. The Master Class Intensive is ideal for culinary students, food professionals, out-of-towners and those who are seriously interested in learning about cheese and want to expand their knowledge.

Led by industry experts Daphne Zepos and Mantre Fromager Max McCalman, of Picholine Restaurant, the Master Class Intensive begins with a welcoming dinner at Terrance Brennan's Artisanal Fromagerie & Bistro, and an Artisanal Premium Cheese certification is awarded upon completion.
