That is what will drive me in the process of creating the menu at Asana," said Klein, who believes that every part of every dish must be harmonious and conducive to the whole. "Once I figure out what direction the key ingredients are taking, for me it's really about just letting them speak for themselves."
Chef Klein arrives at the hotel with 18 years of culinary experience, most recently as Executive Chef of Aura and Tamo Bar at the Seaport Hotel. After garnering much praise in her previous positions in New York at Savoy, The Screening Room and Anissa, Chef Klein received critical acclaim for the opening of X.O. Caf and Lot 401 in Providence, Rhode Island. Locally, Chef Klein's accomplishments include opening Om Restaurant and Lounge in Harvard Square.

Chef Klein's love of food and culture was fueled by early and extensive travels with her family throughout Europe, experiencing her Eastern European roots, and within the United States. Her multi-cultural experiences and exposure to the arts also lit a fire within the culinary artist, respecting the classics, often deconstructing them to their simplest state, and adding her own fun twist.
