Axiom Sushi First To Tap Cold Sake Market In Texas

DALLAS, TX - Axiom Sushi Lounge, the popular Asian fusion restaurant and sushi lounge located in Oak Lawn, announced today that it has implemented the first cold sake tap system in Texas. Utilizing a carbonated tap system implemented in partnership with Gekkeikan Sake, Axiom Sushi now offers customers a variety of cold sake options including infused sake shots, sake-tinis and sake bombs; for example the Cold Apple Blossom Martini and the Pineapple Infusion shot.

Sake is made from water, rice and yeast and is fermented like beer but aged like wine. While traditionally served warm, cold or "chilled" sake maintains a stronger flavor profile.
