Interns can spend 2 days behind the scenes with the chef and kitchen team as they get an insiders view of fine cuisine.

Gift certificates are valid for one year, and recipients may choose from restaurants worldwide based upon chef availability. This is not a typical cooking course interns may spend up to ten hours a day alongside the crew, sharing in the excitement of preparing fine cuisine. Dressed in whites, interns become an instant part of the kitchen staff, working their way through the various stations such as garde manger, saucier, meat and pastry.
