What do Tax Rebates, Beer Bellies & Margarita Slushies
Have in Common?
Jay Silva Introduces Monthly Specialty Summer Menus
At Bambara

Cambridge, MA....Jay Silva, Executive Chef, Bambara unveils his brand new line-up of special event dinners to kick off Summer with great food, wine & beer & cocktails, and great value. "With the warm weather finally here, and New England product rolling in, people just want to get out and enjoy the fresh air with their friends, without worrying about the big "R" says Silva. "I have purposely created these menus so guests can have a great time at a great price."

How appropriate then, that Silva kicks off the new monthly series on May 20th with "There's No Debate on This Rebate" - a dinner celebrating the mailing of the Tax Rebates! June's "Beer Belly" dinner is sure to bring a smile to all, with local steamers, corn chowder, plus a sirloin foie gras burger topped with a Guiness and Malt Float! And July's "Margarita Madness" just demands that Mother Nature cooperate with a beautiful night out on the patio, as Bambara's team serves up a variety of fresh Margarita Slushies, and more.

These special menus are available at the Bambara Bar, Dining Room and on the Patio. Reservations are recommended, 617-868-4444.
