Bedell Cellars & Corey Creek Vineyards Featured At The Old Mill Inn Wine Dinner With Slow Food

Bedell Cellars (36225 Main Road, Cutchogue, NY) and Corey Creek Vineyards (Main Road (Rt.25), Southold, NY) wines will be featured at a wine dinner with slow food on Sunday, December 16, 2007 at 6 p.m. at the Old Mill Inn in Mattituck. Amuse Bouche
Mattituck lobster over potato crisp, shaved local celery root, fennel and Coop's crisped potato
First Course
Long Island duck and cauliflower - Crescent Farm duck rillettes, North Fork cauliflower puree, toasted baguette and local lamb's lettuce
Corey Creek Chardonnay
Second Course
Pan seared sea scallops with braised fennel, parsley/celery leaf pesto and organic local oyster mushrooms
Bedell Taste White
Third Course
Pan seared chanterelles and beef daube with soft polenta
Bedell Merlot Reserve
Fourth Course
Poor man's lobster with pan seared monkfish, roasted local root vegetable risotto and lobster nage
Corey Creek Cabernet Franc
