Begin 2008 At Tellers Chophouse
Tellers Chophouse celebrates New Year's Eve with its regular a la carte menu, served from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., with specials including puree of Italian chestnut soup, lobster and crab salad and saut�ed Mediterranean sea bass. At 10 p.m., a four-course wine dinner will be available at $150 per person. Tellers will also be open New Year's Day serving brunch from noon to 3 p.m. and dinner from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. The menu prepared by Executive Chef Alan Kwan, with wine pairings by General Manager Joseph Scalice, is as follows:

*Sake poached Blue Point oysters
With beurre blanc and wasabi caviar

With clementine ponzu
SECOND COURSE
*Seafood Bisque

*Salad of Long Island duck breast
With a ruby red port vinaigrette
