The Best Wings In Town Are Duck, Not Chicken

Celebrate Chef's Week With Finger Lickin' Good Wings at iNG Restaurant

From spicy seasonings to succulent sauces, there are endless ways to enjoy this finger-friendly favorite. At iNG Restaurant, Celebrity Chef Homaro Cantu is taking the Chicago staple to a whole new level and making his mark with chicken's dark meat cousin.

Chef Cantu turns traditional chicken wings into a new concept by switching up the poultry pairing and using delicious duck. The duck wings are served with a sweet and spicy concoction of apricot and jalapeno peppers, creating a tangy twist in each bite.

Famous for incorporating the Miracle Berry into his dishes at the restaurant, the duck wings take on a fresh flavor perception post-consumption. "The Miracle Berry and the natural sugars from the apricot helps to balance the heat in the dish, allowing guests to truly taste the depth of flavors within the jalapeno peppers," says Cantu. "It allows for a topsy-turvy experience for the senses."

This dish is available as part of iNG's Chef's Week menu. For more information or to schedule an interview with Chef Homaro Cantu, please contact me directly. High-resolution images are available upon request.
