The Black Sheep's Chef James Toland Announces Benefit Album With Chicago Musician Legends

CHICAGO, IL JANUARY 10, 2011: Chef James Toland, of the forthcoming The Black Sheep at 1132 W. Grand Ave in Chicago, is collaborating with local underground musicians for a 12" EP will be sold at the restaurant and distributed gratis by Chicago's Riot Records. All proceeds will benefit Chicago's Childrens Memorial Hospital. The album (not CD) will contain 4 original songs, co-written with Chef Toland, and one cover song TBD. The artist involved on these songs are as follows:

The Record is scheduled to start recording on February 1st and will
be engineered by Jeff Dean (The Bomb, All Eyes West, Noise By Numbers, Four Star Alarm, Explode and Makeup) The Album cover will be a drawn by Jay Ryan.
