Blueacre Seafood Dinner With Author Paul Greenberg
Chef Kevin and Terresa Davis are dedicated to improving the lot of wild fish in our world. Without serious education and intervention, we'll be without this source of food, jobs and important piece of the environmental chain.
Author Paul Greenberg has written "Four Fish: The Future of the Last Wild Food" that looks at what is causing the potential extinction of cod, tuna, seabass and salmon. Jon Rowley will host a dinner for him at Blueacre Seafood to help spread the word about this important book.
