Bomboa Hosts Chapoutier Wine Dinner

Join Co-owners of Bomboa restaurant, Kasey Anton, Carlos Hidalgo and Executive Chef Felino Samson as they host a wine dinner with Rhone Wine. The evening will feature wines from the Chapoutier Vineyard of Southern France. This four-course dinner will be paired with the following selections from Chapoutier: 7 1999 Chateauneuf du Pape “La Bernadine” Blanc 7 2000 Cotes du Rhone “Belleruche” Rouge 7 1999 Chateauneuf du Pape “La Bernadine” Rouge 7 1996 Banuyls A wine expert from Chapoutier will give brief explanations for each wine pairing throughout the meal.
