Boston and Beyond's Top Celebrated Chefs Join Andy Husbands in Preparing the Ultimate Gastronomic Evening -- Marking the Dinner's 10th Year at Tremont 647

BOSTON (March 1, 2007): Andy Husbands is excited to announce the 10-year anniversary of Share Our Strength's annual Operation Frontline charity dinner to be held at Tremont 647. Scheduled for Monday, April 23rd. 2007, at 6:00 p.m., the evening will begin with a Champagne reception featuring passed hors d'oeuvres, followed by a 7-course dinner, all prepared by superstar chefs (see list of chefs below) and will include extraordinary wine pairings with each course. In addition to this incredible meal, three keynote speakers will be speaking at the event: Vice President and Dean of City Year, Charlie Rose, Timberland's President and CEO, Jeffrey Swartz and Share Our Strength's Founder and CEO, Bill Shore.

This multi-course extrvaganza is easily the "dinner of the year" as each course will consist of two dishes, prepared by two star chefs, using their own, unique style. For example, the "Raw" course will have two separate appetizers, one made by Chef Ken Oringer and the other by Chef Frank McClelland. This guarantees two different, spectacular dishes for each table to enjoy (below see chef pairings and their given course).

This year will mark Andy's 10th year hosting Share Our Strength's annual Operation Frontline charity dinner, and Chef Husbands is very proud to announce that this year, Tremont 647 and Sister Sorel will have now reached $100,000 in cash donations, with 100% of the proceeds going directly to the charity. Along with Andy Husbands, all of Tremont 647's staff, as well as each of the participating guest chefs are completely committed to this event and its cause, and have all donated their time and talent. The Operation Frontline "dinner of the year" is a must-attend charity event that supports an important cause that affects all human beings-hunger.

Share Our Strength's Operation Frontline promotes a long term solution to hunger by providing parents who struggle to feed their families on a low income budget, the cooking, nutrition, food budgeting and financial planning skills they need to make healthy and economical food choices. Operation Frontline believes that everyone has a strength to share in the fight to end hunger.



Chefs and nutritionists volunteer their time with class participants, providing hands-on nutrition, healthy cooking and food budgeting skills to individuals at risk of hunger and malnutrition. Financial planners provide answers to tough questions based on real life problems that face low-income participants. Nutritionists play an instrumental role in our approach to ending hunger through nutrition education. Each year, the benefit dinner at Tremont 647 and Sister Sorel provides critical funding that enables Operation Frontline to reach more families at risk of hunger each and every year.
