Boston's Top Sous Chefs' Night To Shine @ Bon Savor
Chef Marco Suarez Brings Together the Next Generation of Boston's Top Chefs for a Night of Food and Fun - for a Few Good Causes
On Wednesday January 27th at 7:00 pm, Bon Savor's Chef Marco Suarez has invited some of his favorite sous chefs from around the Greater Boston area to show off their skills and raise money for their favorite charities with a delicious tasting menu paired with equally delicious wines. Guest chefs include: Steve Carlton of Eastern Standard, Dave Faulkner of the Liberty Hotel, Graham Schave of Barlows Restaurant, Joe Wyhett of the Alchemist Lounge and Marco would like to showcase his own Mizraim Martinez of Bon Savor.
"These up-and-coming chefs are the ones that make "it" all possible, yet you rarely hear about them. Having been there myself, I wanted to extend my spatula and do something fun for them -- and for charity," says Chef Suarez.
A portion of the proceeds will be split between two of the chefs' favorite charities: one being The Haiti Relief and the other being the MSPCA - a cause that is very close to Chef Suarez, who spends his free time fostering animals. $70 per person, includes a glass of sparkling wine to start the night off and all five food and wine pairings.
