Just before he jets off to Palm Beach to turn up the heat at his new Cafi Boulud at the legendary Brazilian Court Hotel, DAVID BOULUD adds another feather to his toque.
EDWARD GULIANO, president of The New York Institute of Technology, will present the chef with NYIT / Quarterly Review of Wines Professional Excellence Award, one of the industrys top honors. The award ceremony is the closing event of NYITs four-day culinary fest, the Gold Coast Food & Wine Classic held at NYITs de Seversky Mansion in Old Westbury. WARREN WINIARSKI of Stags Leap Wine Cellar and the father / daughter vintners FABRIZIO & LAURA BIANCHI of Castello di Monsanto will also be honored in the wine category
