Bridal Contest To Win Sparkling Wine For Wedding Toast From Premier French Wine Producer
Wedding season is here! Starting June 12, Veuve Ambal, one of Burgundy's premier sparkling wine producers, launched the "Bubbly Bride-To-Be" contest, in which 3 lucky brides-to-be will win sparkling wine for their wedding toast. This quintessential wedding wine delivers on all the quality expected from a top-line French sparkler, at half the cost of the competing high-end brands.
Brides-to-be can participate in the contest by visiting Veuve Ambal's Facebook page, then entering their contact details and wedding date. Each month, Veuve Ambal will select at random one lucky bride-to-be and she'll win 3 cases of their Blanc de Blanc to serve at her wedding. In total, 3 bubbly brides will win. The contest runs from June 12 - September 12, 2013 and is open to brides getting married in 2013, 21 years or older.
In recent blind tastings, attended by Sommeliers from some from New York's top restaurants, Veuve Ambal's sparkling wine was pitted against some of France's highest-regarded Champagnes. The Veuve Ambal sparkler placed second, above wines that retail for double. "Veuve Ambal is an exceptional producer. Their award-winning wines are entrenched in tradition and represent high-quality production standards," said Jacques Azoulay, Co-Founder of Able Social. "When it comes to weddings, brides want the best, but costs can add up quickly. With Veueve Ambal wines, brides don't have to choose. They deliver on both taste and price."

ABOUT MAISON VEUVE AMBAL
Maison Veuve Ambal has been producing exceptional sparkling wines in the heart of Burgundy since 1898. Upon the death of Mme. Marie Ambal's husband, a Parisian banker, the widow ("veuve" in French) returned to her native village of Rully where she started producing high quality sparkling wines with her brother using the Mthode Traditionnelle (the same process used to produce Champagne in which the effervescence in the wine is produced by a secondary fermentation in the bottle.)
