Broadway Themed Chocolate Fashion Show Set For November 9th As Kick Off To 14th Annual Chocolate Show
Attention chocolatiers, chocoholics, and anyone with a sweet tooth: The New York Chocolate Show is bringing sweet back to the streets of New York City!
The show, founded by Sylvie Douce and Fran�ois Jeantet and now in its 14th year, will return to The Metropolitan Pavilion (125 West 18th Street, New York, NY) from Thursday, November 10 through Sunday, November 13, 2011. The
entire show will kick off with the 2011 Broadway themed Chocolate Fashion Show & Opening Night Preview, presented by Lincoln, on Wednesday, November 9th at 6:30 pm. From new Broadway hits including Follies, and The Addams Family, to classics ranging from Phantom of the Opera and The Lion King, celebrated pastry chefs and award winning costume designers will pair up to create chocolate filled costumes inspired by these "Great White Way" hits. Hosted by George Duran, star of TLC's "Ultimate Cake Off" and Food Network's "Ham on the Street," with hair and makeup by Scott J and Aveda, the following dynamic teams will take center stage:

A celebration of all things chocolate, the show will feature more than 65 national and international chocolate companies showcasing chocolate and chocolate-inspired creations available to sample and purchase (see list of participants to date below). This year's show will also feature an exciting line up of celebrated chefs who will
share their tricks of the trade in the show's two Dacor Culinary Theaters; book signings by award-winning authors at the Chocolate Show's Barnes & Noble Book Store; a Kids Zone where budding chocolate lovers can develop their palate for cocoa while creating chocolate arts and crafts.
