WHAT: The Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce proudly presents the 11TH Annual BROOKLYN EATS�, an innovative tasting celebration showcasing Brooklyn as a dining and cultural destination.
More than 34 local restaurants will serve tasting portions of signature food dishes with international wines, micro-brews, coffee and Brooklyn sodas.
This year's event has an added twist-we will taste our way through the diverse neighborhoods of Brooklyn as we enjoy the unique cuisine and cultural experience that each community offers. More than 13 cultural organizations will be participating this year.
Announcement of the winners of the sixth annual Brooklyn Eats Scholarships. The Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce will award scholarships to three hospitality management students from the New York City College of Technology, CUNY who will unveil a recipe created specially for the event.
WHO: 450 guests are expected to attend the event. The event is open to the public.
