Brothers Presents Valentine's A La Carte Menu For Long Weekend Romance

Nichols Brothers Offer Specials and Valentine's Day Desserts to Celebrate Holiday

WHAT:
Chefs Matt & Jeff Nichols offer their entire la carte dinner menu on Valentine's Day, Monday, February 14, 2011, bringing their signature dishes, including Hickory Smoked Salmon on a Bagel Crisp with Dill Cream; Jumbo Mexican White Shrimp with Brothers' Cocktail Sauce; Slow Roasted Prime Rib with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Au Jus; and Horseradish-Dill Crusted Organic Irish Salmon with Vegetable Brown Rice and Whole Grain Mustard Sauce to those celebrating the annual day for romance. Chefs Matt & Jeff Nichols will create a few special Valentine's Day dishes and Pastry Chef Stephanie Jackson will design decadent desserts, in addition to favorites of Hot Fudge Brownie Sundae with Butterscotch Gelato & Almond Toffee and Brothers' Mud Pie with Kahlua-Caramel Sauce just for the holiday. Brothers Restaurant will extend its celebration from Friday, February 11 through Monday, February 14 offering alternative dates for this busy dining evening in restaurants all over the country.
