On Wednesday, November 1, at 6:30 p.m., Eve's at the Garden will present its second annual "Caviar Dinner," featuring exclusive caviars from Portland Maine's Browne Trading Company. This five-course dinner showcases a variety of caviars including American spoonbill, Original Siberian Sturgeon, Calvisius Italian White Sturgeon and Descieta Osetra caviar in a meal paired with select wines and prepared by Jeff Landry, Executive Chef's at Eve's. Tickets are $130.00 per person and are available by calling 207-775-9090.
Led by Rod Mitchell, caviar connoisseur and owner of Browne Trading, this event is perfect for caviar aficionados and curious "foodies" wanting to learn more about this luxurious culinary treat.
