CYPRESS, Texas -- Northwest Forest Conference Center, a quiet haven exclusively for conferences and private functions is now open to the public the first Sunday of every month for an elegant Sunday brunch. Beginning on Aug. 1, Sunday brunch will be offered from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Guests at Houston's top four star hotels have savored the creations of Executive Chef Dennis Boitnott. Now at Northwest Forest, he makes dining a world-class experience with a little Southern charm, offering regional American, French and Pacific Rim specialties in a warm, relaxed, refined atmosphere.

Enjoy delicious brunch offerings such as: assorted fresh salads with shrimp, pasta, chicken and cheese; seasonal fresh fruit and vegetable displays with a variety of dips; and domestic and imported cheese boards. Breakfast lovers will enjoy the breakfast bar, which includes waffles, bacon and sausage; and gourmet omelets, made to order. Also on display: smoked salmon and meat pbtes; a rotating carving station, with roast beef, smoked turkey or ham; and chilled Gulf shrimp and crab. Rounding out the menu: freshly baked breads, muffins and croissants and homemade French pastries, cakes and pies. Brunch guests over age 21 will also receive a free Mimosa.

Brunch pricing: adults $22.95; seniors $17.95; and children 5-12 years $10.95. There is no charge for children under 4 years of age. Reservations can be made by calling 281-256-4374.
