Bullfrog & Baum announces today that it has been selected to represent Just Salad, the healthy quick-service concept that offers an array of exciting chef-inspired salads and wraps. Just Salad has locations in New York City and Hong Kong.

While working in midtown Manhattan, owners Rob Crespi and Nick Kenner noticed a need for fast, fresh and healthy meal options for their office-bound peers. With the expertise of chef and registered dietician Laura Pensiero, the twentysomething partners launched the first Just Salad location on 51st Street and Park Avenue in May 2006. Three years later, Just Salad boasts five locations in Manhattan and two in Hong Kong, China. In 2007, Crespi and Kenner were named in Inc.
