New York - October 3, 2007 - Wine is the finest accompaniment when enjoyed in the company of good friends and great food. Icon at W New York - The Court invites you to raid your wine cellar and bring your bottled treasures to our table and enjoy an Icon experience.

Beginning Monday, October 15th and continuing Monday evenings throughout the fall months, guests are invited to dine with choices from their own collection and will not only experience a delicious fall menu celebrating the ripe flavors of the season developed by Executive Chef, Michael Wurster, but also enjoy sipping vino at no additional corkage fee. Guests are invited to pair their favorite varietals, burgundy, merlot, chardonnay, pinot grigio with dishes such as "Bacon & Eggs," a crispy pork belly with poached asparagus, porcini, pignoli nuts and epoisse sabayon; White Tuna with roasted tomato jus, zucchini, nicoise olives, red peppers and asparagus or Maine Diver Scallops "Black & White" with winter truffles, artichoke ravioli, chipolini onions, arugula and a foie gras emulsion.

Chef Michael Wurster's mantra for Icon's menu is simple ingredients, fresh produce, fish and game from local suppliers whenever possible, great execution in presentation and discipline in preparing each dish. And of course, pairing every meal with a delicious and memorable wine.
