2nd Annual "A TASTE OF FALL"

Careers through Culinary Arts Program's Junior Committee will host its 2nd annual benefit, "A Taste of Fall," on Tuesday, October 28, 2008 for young donors, ages 21-35, at Manhattan's hottest nightspot, MARQUEE.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the C-CAP Scholarship Fund.

Prominent C-CAP alumni, cooking in New York's top restaurants, will prepare signature dishes to be enjoyed at the walk-around tasting event. The evening will feature innovative cocktails sponsored by Grey Goose Vodka and wines donated by The Charmer Sunbelt Group. Guests will also enjoy an exciting raffle. Participating restaurants include Asiate, Aureole, Caf� des Artistes, The Four Seasons Hotel, The Water Club in Atlantic City, BLT Prime, Savoy, and The Ritz-Carlton New York, Central Park. Music will be provided by the David Grausman Trio.

The event will take place at MARQUEE, 289 10th Avenue (between 26th and 27th Streets) on Tuesday, October 28, 2008, 7:00 to 9:30 pm.

VIP tickets are $150 and include early admission (at 6:30 pm) and one VIP raffle ticket.

General Admission tickets are $120.

IDs will be checked at the door.

Sponsorships are available for $5,000, $2,500 and $1,000.
