Cafe Joley
Cafe Joley
Cafe Joley is an exciting European Brasserie with a "Fun and Friendly" atmosphere. A brasserie is a neighborhood restaurant where you can eat great food at a fair price. The location in Royal Palm Plaza, in Boca Raton, is a perfect place for gathering, dining with friends and family or enjoying a night cap cocktail on our terrace.
The bar will serve a medley of specialty mouth watering cocktails, an impressive list of wines by the glass or bottle and a courteous staff to assist you with those selections.
Chef John Suley will be preparing delicate seafood plateaus, fresh charcuterie and imported cheeses and the best of all Chef John Suley's signature touches on a menu that will certainly tantalize any taste bud. The menu will consist of food from the South of France, Mediterranean and influences from Morocco and Spain.
The ambience will be fun and high energy and the terrace will offer outdoor dining and late night cocktails on the weekend. The dining room will offer a relaxed setting with long banquettes, bistro style tables, and an all around cozy, European feel.
On Sundays, come for Brunch and enjoy the sounds of a live jazz band and specialty champagne cocktails. The wine list will consist of a mix of new world and old world with a small Captains list featuring exclusive bottlings and vintages. The service style of Cafi Joley will be gracious and professional. Cafi Joley will be open in mid December 2006, and looking to expand its brand in the coming years.
