Cafe Lo Bianco, Set to Open Lo Bianco Coastal Cuisine In Margate ,NJ

Jersey Shore's beloved BYO, Cafe LoBianco, to open LoBianco Coastal Cuisine in neighboring seaside town of Margate, NJ. Plans for opening are early 2005. The husband/wife team will continue the formula of Nicholas LoBianco handling the chef duties and Stephanie overseeing the front-of-the house operations. Their first location will be converted into gourmet market, aptly called Cafe LoBianco City Market. City Market will feature creative take-out, espresso bar and Chef LoBianco's own line of soups, sauces, salad dressings, etc.
