A Call For...the Envelope Please! Everyone's A Winner During John Howie Steak Mystery Gift Certificate Giveaway
Suspense fan Chef John Howie has always loved a good mystery, and with little time for reading while overseeing five restaurants, he has instead decided to reintroduce an enigma of his own making. The Mystery Envelope is back! The giveaway, which was so popular during John Howie Steak's first birthday celebration, returns to the popular Eastside restaurant located at 11111 NE 8th, Suite 125, Bellevue (in The Shops at The Bravern) through July 1st (or while supplies last).
Every party enjoying dinner in the award winning restaurant's main dining room will receive a sealed envelope. Like Pandora's Box, they MUST resist the temptation to open it! When returning to dine from July 1st thru September 16th, at the end of the meal and upon receipt of the bill, the still sealed envelope must be presented to the wait-staff. At that time, the server will open the envelope and disclose the amount of the gift certificate inside, applying it to the bill. Amounts issued range in value from a minimum of $15 to $100 along with a chance to win an entire dining experience - up to a $500-value.
John Howie Steak also encourages diners to "like" them on Facebook, if they have not done so already. Throughout the promotion, the restaurant will announce random double value days on the popular social networking site along with a "secret word". When guests come in to eat and use the covert term when presenting their envelope, the amount revealed inside will be doubled.
The Mystery Envelopes must still be sealed when presented for redemption or they are considered invalid, and are only available while supplies last. The gift certificates are good only for dinner (not lunch) From July 1st through September 16, 2012 and may not be combined with any other promotion or used during Happy Hour.
