PastryScoop.com, a comprehensive Web site on the topic of desserts and baking, is seeking entries for PastryScoop.com's 2nd Annual Golden Scoop Awards. The awards, which recognize excellence in pastry and dessert innovation, will be presented by PastryScoop.com and The French Culinary Institute (The FCI) on Monday, June 6th, 2005.

Dessert Menu
The awards are open to all pastry and baking professionals. Entries will be judged by a panel of industry experts based on originality, appearance, and taste. All categories except Best Dessert Menu require submission of a recipe in standard U.S. measurements. Winners will be honored at a special awards presentation on June 6th, 2005, at The French Culinary Institute in New York City. Winning entries will also be featured on PastryScoop.com and in Food Arts magazine.
