Celebrate Italy At Nick & Toni's With A Special Regional Menu
Nick & Toni's will be offering their pizza menu and also three course regional prix fixe menu every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday starting at 6 p.m. The cost of the prix fixe is $38 per person and includes a glass of wine from the celebrated region with the appetizer. The region for this month will be Sardegna. Both menus will be available until June 18th. The menus are as follows:

Pana Frattau with Sardinian flat bread, tomato, percorino sardo and fried egg

Spaghetti con Bottarga with spaghetti, dried mullet roe and oil packed tomatoes
Main Course
Choice of:
Brodetto alla Sardegna with mussels, shrimp, calamari, fregola, and tomato broth
Pillas with semolina dumplings, prosciutto, meat sauce, and pecorino
Salsiccia Spiedo ai Funghi Arrosto with grilled sausage, pancetta, and roasted mushrooms
Dessert
Seadas with fried sheep's milk cheese ravioli and local honey

Margherita with plum tomatoes, basil, and fresh mozzarella
Funghi with shiitake mushrooms, stacchino, and sage
Guanciale with guanciale, ricotta, and balsamic onions
