Celebrate Mother's Day With A Bossa Nova Brunch At Sushisamba

In addition to SUSHISAMBA's signature � la carte menu, brunch specials will be available from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Guests can choose from sweet and savory options, including Housemade Quinoa Waffles made with apple membrillo and strawberry-caipirinha compote, served with vanilla and cinnamon butter ($10) and Cast Iron Steak and Eggs made with black angus hanger steak, sunny side up organic egg and soft polenta ($18). The celebration will be set to the sounds of Trio Zona Sul, led by Ze Luis Oliveira who will perform from noon to 3 p.m.

What's more, cheers to motherhood with the refreshing Mother's Day Cocktail of freshly muddled orange, triple sec, orange juice and fresh guava ($11) created just for the occasion!
