Celebrate Mother's Day At C�vo

C�vo will be celebrating Mother's Day on Sunday, May 11 starting at 5 p.m. with a special prix fixe menu. The cost of the prix fixe is $40 per person plus tax and gratuity. The menu is as follows:

Fresh Shrimp Arancini with summer corn and zucchini

First Course - Choice of One
Field Green Salad - organic field greens salad with baby tomatoes and goat cheese croquet
Filo Crusted Shrimp - crispy, filo crusted shrimp with baked tomato and feta
Short Ribs - fork tender Black Angus short ribs of beef over summer vegetable risotto

Main Course - Choice of One
Chicken Breast - organic breast of chicken stuffed with spinach, feta and oven-dried tomatoes over basil potato puree
Filet Mignon - Black Angus filet mignon over wild mushrooms and polenta ragout with a crispy shallot red wine reduction
Salmon - roasted North Atlantic salmon filet stuffed with jumbo lump crabmeat with parsley butter
