Celebrate Passover And Easter With Gourmet Dishes By R.s.v.p.

Swiftys outpost, Lexington R.S.V.P., offers gourmet take-out items for hosts who want to complement (or fill) their holiday dinner with staples that require no effort in the kitchen. For Passover, a selection of classic dishes like chopped liver, brisket, potato kugel and matzo almond brittle is complemented by more unusual items such as fish quenelles in horseradish sauce and sweet and sour meatballs.

Easter offerings include a delicate chilled pea soup, smoked ham in honey bourbon glaze, baby new potato salad with bacon and chives, and a carrot cake. Lamb is omnipresent of course, in the form of a roulade with spinach, vegetables and mint or the traditional roast leg of spring lamb, but also for dessert: the white chiffon cake is baked in a baby lamb mold.
