Celebrate Valentine's Day At C�vo
C�vo will be hosting a very special Valentine's Day evening on Thursday, February 14th starting at 5 p.m. Enjoy a fabulous meal in the most romantic setting possible, with rose petals lining the floors and candles everywhere. The Valentine's Day menu will be offered for $65 per person plus tax and gratuity and each woman will receive a long steam rose upon entering C�vo. The menu is as follows:
First Course
Crispy Shelter Island Oyster coated in chickpea flour with lobster and avocado roll
Second Course

Filo-Crusted Shrimp glazed with Cretan honey and served with baked feta and oven dried tomatoes
Field Green Salad with Greek horiatiki vinaigrette
Fork Tender Braised Short Rib Risotto with winter vegetables and kefalograviera
Third Course
Choice of One
Local Caught Black Sea Bass Fillet stuffed with olives jumbo lump crabmeat, served over garlic and parsley mashed potatoes with a natural bass reduction
Pan Roasted Prime Black Angus Filet Mignon over winter vegetable hash brown potato with grilled Hudson Valley foie gras and a roasted apple red wine sauce
Roasted Whole Organic Baby Chicken stuffed with feta, spinach with cous cous and natural chicken jus
