Megan Cohn proudly unveils smart new labels for her lush ganache line at this year's Fancy Food Show in New York. Bold, informative and just plain stylish, the new labels will be showcased in Atlanta Foods Booth 452. This is the brand's first foray into the country's largest showcase for specialty foods.

The Chattanooga-based company produces two luxurious, delectable all-natural flavors, original Luxe Dark and Ultra Mint Ganache, both made with the finest European cocoas and natural ingredients. The result is a dense, ganache-like sauce perfect to spoon, melt, spread or dip. Chalmers is also proud to be one of the first chocolate companies to offer the amazing crunch and flavor of single origin cocoa nibs. The unprocessed, shelled ground cocoa beans are the newest addition to the Chalmers line-up.
