Chalmers Ganache Unveils New Flavor, New Packaging, New Site At Fancy Food Show

Growing brand works to bring sumptuous all natural ganache to broad national audience

Megan Cohn beams with pride about the changes for her brand in the new year. At this year's Fancy Food Show in San Francisco, she proudly unveils smart new labels for her lush ganache, a new website with enhanced E-commerce capability [www.chalmersganache.com], and a new flavor - Mucho Mayan Spice. The bold, informative and just plain stylish new labels will be showcased in Booth 2645. This is the brand's first independent foray into the country's largest showcase for specialty foods.

A new presence - Fancy Food Show Booth 2645
"I can't believe that the treat my mom used to make has become this neat little brand," enthuses Megan Cohn. "We're excited to be able to bring our great taste and the finest natural ingredients to a new level." Recognizing the importance of this national audience Cohn is thrilled to unveil the next generation of Chalmers' packaging and the new flavor there as well. "It's amazing! Please come see us."

A new flavor - Mucho Mayan Spice
Inspired by the ancient Mayan origins of chocolate, developed over 2000 years ago, Chalmers unveils the heady, spicy treat at this show. Like original flavors, Luxe Dark and Ultra Mint, the new Mucho Mayan Spice is made with the finest European cocoas and natural ingredients free from high-fructose corn syrup. Accented with a hint of cinnamon and the spicy kiss of chipotle chiles, the result is an uncommon, dense, ganache-like sauce perfect to spoon, melt, spread or dip.

A new site - www.chalmersganache.com
Chalmers Chocolate today also announces the launch of its new online store at www.chalmersganache.com. This robust E-commerce solution allows digital foodies to add ganache to their shopping carts with a single click and pay by credit card. The site also features new products, recipes, news, and will eventually feature founder Megan Cohn's musings about food, chocolate and life on her "Ganache Gal" blog.

"It's great to be able to take our website to the next level and introduce our beautiful line to hungry web surfers," comments Cohn. "The improvements to our site and the enhancement of our E-retailing capability will help us meet the needs of our discerning customers and support our growing brand," she adds.
