Upcoming - on the horizon: a new restaurant, Charcut roast House.

the new place is founded by chef Connie desousa, chef John Jackson, service director Jean Francois beeroo and Carrie Jackson, whose combined experience includes stints at Chez Panisse, london's river Cafe, Jean georges Vongerichten's Jean georges, and daniel boulud's Cafe boulud.

Charcut will be located in the le germain Calgary space at Centre Street And Ninth Ave. S. W.

Scheduled to open until december 2009.
