Beginning this December, for the first time since opening in 1988, Aureole is offering its full menu ` la carte, nightly beginning at 9:30. Charlie calls it @ La Carte Supper.

Charlie recognizes that our lifestyles have changed. More people than ever are dining later in the evening and desire the flexibility an ` la carte menu offers. Now Charlie has paired the memorable experience of Aureoles cuisine with the flexibility of an ` la carte menu. A departure from the structure of our formal prix fixe menu, but with the same delectable choices. Its really the best of all worlds. Feel like something light? Have a salad or pair a couple of appetizers. Havent eaten all day? Cant decide between the Caramelized Poussin and the Brioche-Crusted Sole? Go for it, order both (or even more!), no questions asked. Our same incredible food, the same unimpeachable service, in the same beautiful setting. And of course our prix fixe menu is still available for all seatings.
