Charlie Palmer Steak Chef Reinvents American Street Food With An Epicurean Twist
Inspired by the offerings found at street fairs and festivals across the United States, Charlie Palmer Steak Executive Chef Bryan Voltaggio has taken some of this country's most beloved favorites and given them an upscale twist. Voltaggio adds a gourmet touch to items like funnel cake, cotton candy and corn dogs, with unexpected ingredients like Macon apple butter, butter poached lobster and warm black truffle oil.
The American Street Food menu offerings will be available as daily special appetizers, entries and desserts in the bar and dining room during lunch and dinner November 16th through December 31st. A sampling of the menu includes:
