Saturday, August 9th "Petit Fours and Plated Desserts" -- Summer Berry Financiers, Passion Fruit Sables, Caramel Chocolate Truffles, Bittersweet Chocolate & Caramel Torte, "Hot" Chocolate Granite
Saturday, August 23rd "Foie Gras Extravaganza" -- Foie Terrine & Torchon, Duck Porsciutto Crusted Wrapped Foie, Sauteed Foie with Apricot Tarte Tatin, Baked Pear & Foie with Hazelnut Vinaigrette, Foie Terrine Brulee, Roasted Foie & Caramelized Apricots
Class begins at 10 AM and includes lunch* in the Aureole dining room, paired with wines, and a copy of Chef/Owner Charlie Palmer's cookbook, Casual Cooking. Each class is $225 per person. Classes are limited to a maximum of 15 people.
*A savory lunch will be served as well as the full tasting of desserts
