Charlotte, NC: This is the 4th year of Charlotte Shout's Culinary Arts Experience and Blues, Brews & BBQ, and we have a number of new and special events, plus a list of celebrity chefs.
Last year, 105,000 attended the Culinary Arts Experience and Blues, Brews and BBQ. We expect 2005 to be even bigger and better.

It's the place to be September 22 from 6  11 p.m. The gala includes celebrity chefs, beer, wine, and food from restaurants in the region as well as NASCAR vs NBA cooking competitions. A portion of the proceeds benefit Leadership Charlotte, Meals on Wheels and Johnson & Wales scholarship fund.

Charlotte Shout Culinary Arts Experience is a three-day live celebration dedicated to food, wine, music and the Culinary Arts produced by Compass Group, Johnson & Wales University and Charlotte ArtsFest, Inc.
